EUR/GBP-14 December, 2011

EUR/GBP has broke and closed major support at 0.8485. After consolidation in last few days, it takes down side driven to stop at 0.8390 today’s low. Pair is being trade 0.8414 now. For time being major support is 0.8394 200 EMA on weekly chart. This support will give future movement in pair.

EUR/GBP has been trading in bearish formation. After consolidation in last few days, it takes down side driven by technical. Pair is being trade 0.8606 now. For time being it could not break and close bellow major support at 0.8485. Regarding technical analyzes, daily chart starts carve out for short term in up trend.

EUR/GBP has been trading in bearish formation. After the low from 0.8485 on 10 November, pair has taken pullback to high of 0.8664 on 22 November. Pair is being trade 0.8562 now. The door for downside is already open to recent low from 10 November. Breaking and closing bellow low at 0.8485, will accelerate further sell pressure and we could see other set up and outlook in formation.

As per my last post the EUR/GBP has reached low @ 0.8528 on 12 September. After that it was consolidation formation and got high 0.8795 yesterday. Pair is being trading 0.8746 now. It is on 200 EMA on 4 hour chart and it is nice short opportunity. First support will be 0.8721 middle Bollinger bands and further to 0.8664 on lower Bollinger bands.
